Stratavote was introduced to our company in the first half of 2021. Since its introduction, the team at Stratavote have been more than helpful with the establishment process and have continued to provide prompt ongoing support as needed.Our clients and staff members alike have all enjoyed the efficiency and ease of use of this platform since its introduction. We have also noticed an uplift in owner participation thanks to the ability to return a vote without having to print, post or email!Committees have positively commented on the speed with which Committee votes for routine matters can be voted on and resolved.Lastly, Stratavote has significantly improved the AGM experience for our clients, with owners able to see the meeting content and votes live on the screen during the meeting. Strata Managers are also experiencing significant time savings with Stratavote generating the minutes immediately after the end of the meeting.

“Strata Vote is so easy to use and has been a positive change to the way we run meetings from our office. Whether you have some owners present or others remotely, the process is simple and easy. Also found that our meetings are now taking less time to run and we have cut down the time from 120 or 90 minute meetings to less than 60 minutes. We have more owners participation because the owners who have not attended or sent in the proxy before, are now sending in their votes prior to the meeting.The really best thing about Strata Vote, is that you are doing your minutes during the meeting with the voting process, so at the end of the meeting your minutes are done, with only having to format the word document before sending. Strata Vote saves the strata manager a lot of time. We are sending the minutes to the owners the day after the meeting which also includes the approved budget, approved levy. How quick is this?The other advantage is that you can prepare most of the AGM Agenda whenever you have spare time, so that it is not rushed at the last minute when you have up to 8 — 10 AGM Agenda's to prepare at the same time. There will be only minor changes to be done before sending like adding quotes, extra motions requested by owner or council of owners.The implementation and support have been fantastic and we have been using the software for 1 year now and still loving it.Strata Vote is personalized to your current AGM Agenda & Minutes, so your documents will look the same as they do now.”

We have been using Strata Vote for a few years now, initially we started using it for approvals in between Annual General Meetings, but have now started using it for all Annual General Meetings. The use of Strata Vote has seen an increase in owners attendance, mainly via online voting, as owners are now able to vote on each motion. It is also very easy to adjourn any meetings where a quorum is not reached, however with the automatic reminder emails that are sent in the lead up to the meeting, it is no longer common to have inquorate meetings.

Stratavote has been a Godsend, especially during these uncertain times when Owners cannot meet up to hold in-person meetings due to COVID-19 restrictions.Interestingly, we have had more participation in voting than we ever have, none our meetings have been adjourned due to lack of quorum which saves us time in having to attend adjourned meetings. Owners love voting online.The support levels are fantastic, quick responses and assistance in emergencies give us confidence that we have partnered with the right technology platform in pushing ahead with online voting in the Strata industry.
