Shaun was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and he called 15 minutes earlier to say he was on his way. He gave us some good advice and he made us feel very comfortable to ask questions. The job was done very quickly and we would highly recommend him. We will certainly be using his services again. After battling to find a competent appliance repair business to fix our oven door (which had been unusable for 5 months), I was lucky enough to find Fast Tech and Sean who turned up when promised and was very professional. Although he hadn't worked on our type of oven door previously, he persisted and had the hinges of our oven door fixed very quickly. We had previously been told by a different repair company that we would need to order new hinges from Italy! We highly recommend Sean and we wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if ever the need arises. So wonderful to find a competent, polite and reliable tradesman. Thanks again Sean.

Not alot of good tradesman on the coast. This one did answer and came out in 2 days which was great.However machine Not fixed after 2 visits from fast tech.. we did not bother raising issue again. We dealt with ourselves.We where very time poor - and rely on our machine alot - so you call a trade in to help - this one was no help.
