Ben's Antennas

I called Ben to come to our new home to install and mount two TVs. He said that is something he does and booked me in for 3 days time.Ben arrived took a look at the job and told my husband he needs to go to Bunnings to purchase a few things to complete the job. Ben left and never returned. He switched his phone off and deactivated his website. He didnt return our texts or numerous calls we left him. His behaviour was juvenile and clear indication that he is an amateur that lacks skills and professionalism. We waited 3 days for him when we could have called someone else to complete the task for us. Someone that has done this, clearly has done it before and how he has a site up and claims his expertise is a surprise to me. Do not use him he is an absolute time waster.

Had Ben come out to fix a bad reception, showed up when he said he was going to, fixed the problem without trying to sell us gear we didn't need. Highly recommend.

Thanks Ben, We just purchased a house at Bellbird, we don't know any tradesman in the area so I started using Google to look for some one to install our aerial. Ben came within a few hours to inspect the job and we booked in a date for a few days later. Ben turned up on time and I asked to do some extra work and it was no problem.Highly recommend...

We called Ben and explained what we needed (2 tv's to be mounted on walls with wires concealed) he said no problem he can do it. booked him in, he arrived had a look at the job said he needed to go Bunnings to get some parts and then never returned. Called and texted him several times and he switched his phone off. Clearly he wasn't up for the task but showed his complete lack of business ethics and professionalism with his juvenile disappearing act. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, a complete time waster.
