Have been served several times by Alice and everytime she is horrible. No customer service skills. Doesn't say hello. Looks anger and in a bad mood. Not a pleasant experience being served by her.

Worst car parking ever! Fresh produce often old bruised and generally poor quality. Looks tired and run down already but only a few years old.Click & collect super understaffed. Have waited 30+ mins to click n collect groceries which totally defeats the purpose of this service being offered. Let alone only 2 bays dedicated for this when it covers such a vast area geographically for click n collect.

Had to do a review on a coles for one reason, only coles I have been to in qld where they seem to know what a assistance animal is and in 15 odd visits only once have been subject to interrogation about my animal, so thats pretty good and commendable that the store actually is practicing inclusive" and not just part of a PR corporate Spin show . only supermarket we go to now in the area . only can't do 5 star as the disabled parks should be slightly wider"

That was an education on how not to run a supermarket. Deli staff waddling around avoiding work. Tons of staff restocking during the day with their trolleys taking up most of the aisle. What an awful experience.

As a visitor to the area, the store is fairly stock standard. Seems to be only a couple of years old. There is some undercover parking available at the front which is great on those hot days. The range is big enough to get what you need.
