Nice looking dark brown UGG Boots. Paid more for Aussie made and it gets a hole in the toe in a couple of months of occasional summer wear.

WHY DID I THINK I WAS BUYING AUSTRALIAN MADE.?Bought Elizabeth haven't worn yet, but disappointed it wasn't made clear Australian" means made in "China". Always wanted an ugg boot with a heel!! But so disappointed being mislead"

It saddens me to write this review as I purchased the Buller Terrain Boots for $209 from Koalabi Australia less than 12 months ago with hopes of a quality made ugg boot . The purchase was made on the 19th of June 22 and received them in July. I wore them through the winter and two months into spring, so approx. 5 months before they got packed up for Summer/Autumn. The weather started to turn so it was time for them to do their thing about 2 weeks ago. I noticed 5 days ago that the stitching had failed and opened the boot right up which you can see in the pics. They are now obviously unwearable so I took the below pics and sent them to the info email asking what could be done about it. The reply was that their footwear is only covered by a 3 month warranty(I was shocked for $209 boot??) and that I could send them in for repair at my own cost plus shipping. I explained that a $200+ boot has a life expectancy of more than one year and that these had been worn a lot less than that. I was quoted an approx. cost for repair which once shipping is paid(was told I have to pay) pretty much over half the cost of a new pair.Soo now I am stuck with ugg boots I can't wear as I am not interested in paying repair costs for a poor quality product. And would you believe, The below paragraph is from their website.Australian made products are subject to strict quality standards. When you buy Australian made you know that that you are getting a high quality product that is built to last while supporting local Australian jobs."What a waste of money"

Purchased an ugg boot from here and they didn't even last a season.Poor workmanship, materials and quality.

Do not buy replacement insoles through this company; they don't even fit the shape of their own boots and their sizing guide is incorrect. Customer service have no interest in providing a replacement so we won't be buying from them again.Such a shame because the Australian made boots & slippers are excellent quality and good value.

I bought a new pair of ankle uggs recently and love them. So cosy. Bought them from the showroom at Moorabbin. My last pair (also from the Moorabbin store) lasted 7 years so worth the price.

These boots are supposed to be waterproof, I recently bought them, and my feet were soaking wet today.

First time to direct shopping on 4/7/22, I've been a customer at another Australian UGG absolutely fabulous and great quality won't be going anywhere else, helpful staff

Woman made me wait forever, and she's so unhelpful, like she's half asleep. I was in a hurry on my lunch break but she was definitely not in any hurry.
