From booking over the phone to Jess attending our residence two days later, the service was excellent. We had a really awful previous experience with another repair company, so Ginger Beard Repair Service really exceeded our expectations. We had messages to confirm our appointment and consistent communication leading up to Jess’s arrival. Jess was efficient, changing our drainage pump in 30mins and giving us plenty of recommendations on care and maintaining the health of our washing machine.Will definitely be using this company again, highly recommend!!
