Had a really average experience there last week. Queues through the door- not Subways fault but only 2 people behind the counter and took 45 minutes to go to the order. Meatballs were not even in the bain marie and served cold on the footlong straight out of the plastic bag. Even after the sub was toasted with cheese, the meatballs were stone cold in the middle. Had to bin most of the sub and get a feed elsewhere. Do better guys.

Called in 01/04/23 and 1 girl working her heart out with a line up, The tables and floor were dirty and the Lettice was going brown and when our order was done I just wished we has gone somewhere else as it was half the size of the smallest I have ever had anywhere. Will never go there again and I intend to warn others to bypass.

Today was served by a young man named luke. He had an extremely positive attitude and was very nice to both me and my family. The food was up to my standard and I left very happy.

3 young teenagers working, too busy talking to each other than serving us properly. We ate in, the tables and floors were filthy with food everywhere. When more customers arrived, they had to wait like we did, whilst the staff continued their conversations… Also, I thought hair is supposed to be tied back when working with food.

Just awful. Painfully slow service, out of tomato. Take orders then after 25 minutes wait tell you they don’t have what you asked for. Toast your sandwich and then it sits there for 20 minutes while they process other orders. Never again

Horrible experience and a manager with attitude. Forget about the blowfly on the food that none of the staff tried to get rid of…I then asked that the foot long that I ordered that was cut in half, be wrapped separately as it’s easier to hold and eat…I was told that they need to charge me for two 6” subs. Why? I’m not purchasing 2 different subs. I’m try to support your business and you want to charge me a few extra dollars for wrapping the 2 halves separately. No other Subway charges for separate wrapping. Clearly you’re more focused and getting a few extra dollars rather than focusing on service and quality of food…and more importantly, repeat business.

So I’ve ordered online for a noon pickup. 25 minutes later I’m still waiting. Meanwhile countless customers are being served while I wait. I’m not returning.

Terrible. Two teenagers worked with a lineup the length of the store whilst a middle aged lady worked the til and distracted the two others working with her constant chatter. I lined up for 20 minutes and in that time, she hardly did a thing. Just ran people's orders through th til. She 100% could have helped out, as she was otherwise just standing there doing nothing but talking. Unbelievably frustrating.

This Subway shop is appalling!!Super slow service, the tables and floor were filthy. Attitude of servers was horrible. I ordered my Sub half an hour in advance and they only started making it once I got there. What’s the bloody point of pre-ordering when they only make it once you get there?Been here multiple times and have NEVER had a good experience. Won’t be going there ever again.
