I love going in this place. They have so much packed in to this small shop. There is something for everyone. I like all of the display tanks they have. It's like going to a public aquarium. The staff have always been helpful and courteous and the prices reasonable. Definitely worth a look.

Great Aquarium with knowledgeable, helpful staff. Always busy so you have to be patient but it’s worth it. I have spent way more money than I’d ever admit to here.

I went there on a Saturday morning, possibly the worst time to go as the shop had many customers making it necessary to often turn sideways to allow people to pass by me.They have alot of stock and my impression is they really need a bigger shop. So the shopping experience was less than ideal, but the staff were trying their best to serve as quickly as possible. They had in stock what I was after at a competitive price, and they know about their products and offered advice.

My 10 year old asd son and I came in today and a lovely gentleman helped us! He was so kind and patient while my son picked his fish he wanted (fighter and a bristlenose) and my son was so proud to be able to buy his fish with his own pocket money.The gentleman was very informative and helpful. 10/10 definitely coming back in future!

Good range of fish at reasonable prices, but quite a few sick/dead fish in their tanks and even fish in tanks way too small for their size. Customer service is terrible. The lady who works here is very rude and not helpful at all. She always makes me feel like bad for asking questions.I have been here quite a few times, but I won't be back after my last experience.

Heaps of stock and some really sound advice. Yeah I had no idea what I was talking about but I wasn't made to feel like that. 100% will be back.

Good range and prices with helpful staff.My problems are ...there's usually only one staff member so you're always waiting for service, open hours are not normal and not always when posted making it hard to get there when open, and the last time there we bought some endler guppies but it turned out one of the females was a standard guppy so we now have a tank full of mixed guppies/endler guppies that breed profusely that we can't do anything with.Sorry but not going back when plenty of other stores are open normal hours that can also seperate their fish properly.

I've been going here for years and they have always looked after me , just picked up another friend from here yesterday and he is settling in great.
