Wonderful experience!Went in to get dress hemmed for an event 2 days away as the dress came late in the mail. They said they could do it and when I got there we found the dress to be a good length after steaming and tieing differently anyway. They were a great help, super friendly and willingly helped me out without pushing a charge on me.

When I walked in the lady behind the counter was pretty rude and scoffed at me when I asked if I could get my pants repaired which I thought was in pretty poor taste.She even went as far as to make a point that my pants are split and she told me instead I should just get a bigger size (in a pretty rude way).Then when it was time to pay she didn't even give me an amount and just tapped at the pay terminal.Not a very happy lady and terrible people skills.To their credit though the pants were repaired on the spot within 5 minutes.

After calling around several different tailors and mens wear stores to be fitted for a suit and told they wouldn't measure me up unless I bought a suit from them the team here got me measured up in five minutes and refused the money I offered for the short service. 10/10 lovely people and very professional

Absolutely fantastic service, and affordable too! I went in to get my wedding dress taken in around the waist and chest and they changed the zipper for me and added a bustle as well. Thank you so much for fixing up my wedding dress!

These ladies are amazing! I got my formal dress altered by taking a couple of layers out & they didn't charge a thing.My dress bag was falling apart aswell & They gave me a new bag for $25.I ended up leaving my gown with then for over a year & was still there. It was with them so I can get the shoes I wanted to wear then get altered with the heels. They are great with advice, I wanted to make my ball gown a high low dress and they gave me advice on that. Okay long story short they are amazing, highly highly! Recommend!! I'm only going to these ladies for the rest of my life.
