Good vibes, good culture and even better coaches that make you leave feeling better after every class.This is the first CF I'd been apart of after years of training in Martial Arts and large commercial gyms but after working within the fitness industry for better part of a decade I can certainly say these guys are doing alot of things right!Keep doing great things HS!

Great to have knowledgeable health professionals with an inside knowledge of CrossFit, to allow a focused treatment plan for each individual.Dylan was thorough in showing and ensuring all the rehab exercises were carried out efficiently to get the best results!

Absolutely fantastic!!! I regularly see Dylan the Chiro and he is hands down the best practitioner I have ever been too. Spends time to understand and really work out how to fix your body's issues.
