my phone wasn't charging so i went to one place to get it fixed and they quoted me $120 to have the port replaced i wasn't gonna pay that much so i checked these guys out and instead of replacing it they cleaned it for $40 it works now and even better then that they said if it didn't work that they wouldn't charge me anything for it. amazing service thanks.

Was quoted for a Samsung battery replacement. When I brought the phone in he charged me $20 more than the quoted price and denied his original quote.They also took 5 days to repair the phone.On top of that they had put the cover back on up side down so the camera doesn't work, resulting me having to bring it back and wait for them to fix itThis store previously fixed my phone and had no issues hence why I came back as they had good service. But not anymore, as they aren't true to their word.

Brought my sons phone in to have the camera repaired, they tried to remove phone case and damaged front screen and claimed it was already damaged when we arrived then proceeded to refuse to repair anything. Very unprofessional

Bought iphone case cover, two weeks later noticed its split on the edge,Try to get it replace,Told me since its scratched its doesn't have warranty even though its a manufacture problem,Dont waste your money there,

Repaired the iPad screen that my toddler broke. Work was efficient and they were so helpful they even installed the screen protector because i always mess it up when i do it.

The other day, I accidentally stepped on my phone and cracked the screen.I took it in Friday morning, explained what happened, but they had to order the replacement screen in for my particular phone model (Oppo A73) and they said to drop it back in the next morning.Come Saturday morning, I dropped it back in around 9:30-10ish, they said it should be ready by 12:30 and since I started work at 1, it worked out perfectly for me. I went back at 12:30, but it still wasn’t ready.I had to start work shortly (I work at the Woolworths in the Narellan town centre where they’re also located, they recognised me as they are regular customers of ours). They said it would take the rest of the afternoon, I was unable to get a tea/meal break before they close, so they kindly delivered my phone to me at my work 100% fixed and in perfect condition.The bill was $140 (that was a discount price because I also worked in the town centre), I paid $150 and let them keep the $10 change as a tip for their amazing work and prompt service.I’m more careful with my phone now, but the new screen looks better than ever.Totally recommend.
