Always great food from here but today they messed up my order without remaking or notifying me. Ordered Oyster and soy but it seems like I got hot chilli. Still good but please make a note when you mess up an order, especially if it's an in store order.Am currently dying from how spicy it is.Also forgot to mention how kind and quick the service staff was. Would recommend any day.

This evening I went to wok it up Erindale to come home to no sauce on one of my orders. I called up and the manager and owner Jade was disgustingly rude and so unprofessional on the phone. She accused me of my order been right when i told her it was wrong, she also stated that she saw them put sauce on all of my orders, when i told the guy at the front to have 3 of the same orders. I took it back to the restaurant and i stated i wanted my order remade she offered to heat one up and make a new one. I will never be going back to wok it up Erindale due to the poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I suggest Jade looks in to a customer service training course as her customer service is absolutely disgusting.

Erindale store is ok.noodle boxes have a good meat to veg to noodle ratio but it's very hit and miss to who is cooking, fried rice could have been good but was undercooked.There steamed dim sims are absolutely terrible, frozen then microwave tastes terrible. There spring rolls are no better. Cheap and no flavour they taste.To the guy who just chops brocolli and watches everyone run, please stop and get on the wok and help your cook and focus on consistency and speed so the 1 guy on the wok is not overwhelmed.

This is the second time I had chicken fried rice and both the times were disappointing. Hardly any sauce so had no flavour and very dry, not sure if the guys behind the wok knows what they are doing. That would be my last trip. Phillip wok it up is the best.

There was a system error and I was over charged $12.50I went back and politely pointed out the mistake.The staff were great and fixed it straight away, was funky though as we had a good chat about how the system caused the error and it was through no fault of the staff. The manager even took a copy of the receipt to take to upper management to have it fixed for the future.Oh, food was yummy as well.

Just visited yesterday. The lady taking an order was so rude. Don’t know how to talk with customers. Send her back to school to let her know moral science exists. We ordered singapore noodles with tofu. Such a rubbish. No salt and without flavour. Will suggest my friends never to visit there.

After a really, really poor experience 2 months ago with absolutely appalling food quality and customer service, after phoning the store and getting extremely rude customer service by the shift manager of all people, I swore I would not return.However we ordered again tonight, to find once again the food quality that bad we didn’t eat it. The noodles were extremely dry and very difficult to eat, there was 3 pieces of meat in a combo box. I cannot believe you guys are still operating with that level of quality. I can’ be f’d to even ring the store after the last phone call left me shocked and angry at how they treat customers. And after reading some reviews tonight, we are clearly not the only ones. Head office you need to wipe slate and start again!

I ordered Uber Eats just over 1-2 weeks ago, so disappointing, i very much do not like broccoli and some other vegetables, I specifically ordered none of these vegetables but it was still added. This time I paid for Extra Protein to get some extra meat, in my opinion, compared to the last time I was there, there was less meat than before. It was so dissapointing, I cant believe this happened, almost no meat and vegetables that I stated I didnt want. It seems as though they do not care about ubers just care about the customers who visit instore.
