Normanton Pharmacy

A shameful experience here today. I am from overseas and needed a repeat prescription filled, but only had an electronic copy. I was yelled at by the pharmacist for not having a paper or e-prescription. He refused to even look at the prescription on my phone (issued by an Australian online medical service). He even came out from behind the counter to argue with me! I felt belittled and intimidated. I left before he could get any closer. This is not a place to visit if you're passing through town. I only hope he's kinder to the locals. I now know that overseas travellers to Australia can get an IHI so that GPs can issue e-prescriptions. I certainly won't be going back here to fill it!
