Coles Tarneit West

The Coles personal are very helpful and friendly. The shop seems to stock all items and more that you would need at home. From Cereal, fruit, household cleaners, frozen foods, dairy products and so much more.

Convenient, clean and great place to shop!Staff are all lovely and very helpful :)

I give it a 3 because it is a big clean store, but even though it seems a company wide change, I don't know why you decided to reduce your opening hours back to 10pm. I used to come here late if I missed my local supermarket because you were open til 11, can't do that now. Guess I'll stick to the independent.

Always a bargain to be found.Whether it be fresh produce, fresh meat, or seafood and the service in the deli was prompt.Every lane was clean and tidy, and it has a great selection of Christmas items like pudding and bonbons to plates, cuttlery, storage, and a wide range of decorations. The pet food was tidy and organised properly to have ease of selection, whether it be fresh mince meat to packaged mince portions. The fridgerated section was displayed nicely, and I found all the stuff I needed. Overall, I was impressed by the care in all sections that were taken to make sure you could find the best items for the right price. Parking is easy to find and has plenty of disabled parking..

Coles Tarneit West is a huge coles! This was our first time going to this coles, happened to stop in on our way home, and it was very impressive. Great range, fresh produce, shelves well stacked, store was clean, deli produce looked fresh and neat, plenty of staff on at registers and happy to help. The young lady that served me was polite and packed my bags perfectly, she asked if I wanted certain items bagged or separate, really wonderful. Will definitely be doing my weekly shops here from now on, happy to go out of my way to come to this coles supermarket.

Good Coles but might need an update. This Coles sells just enough Kirks on special for me to get. Went here because it was on the way home and was quieter than Sayers Road

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Coles Tarneit West supermarket. I arrived at the store at 9.57 pm, eager to quickly grab a few essential items before the store closed at 10 pm. To my surprise, I was met by a security guard who informed me that I would not be allowed to enter the store.Despite the fact that the store was still open and would remain open for another three minutes, the guard told me that the store had a strict policy of not allowing any customers to enter after 9.55 pm. I was shocked and dismayed by this inflexible policy, which seemed completely unreasonable and unfair.As a customer, I feel that it is my right to be able to enter a store up until the moment that it officially closes. This is especially true when the store in question is a large supermarket that serves a vital role in providing food and other necessities to the community. To deny me access to the store when it was clearly still open and operating is not only frustrating, but also feels like a waste of time and effort.I understand that the store has its policies, but in my opinion, this particular policy is needlessly rigid and does not take into account the needs of customers. If the store is going to close at 10 pm, then customers should be allowed to enter and shop up until that time. It's as simple as that.Overall, I was extremely disappointed by this experience, and I will be hesitant to shop at this particular store in the future. I hope that the management will reconsider their policy and show greater consideration for their customers in the future.

I love this coles, always go there! But tonight (8.45pm 26/02/2023) a guy came in on an electric scooter riding around quickly past other customers. I notified the security guard and he had no care in the world. I was disgusted that he let someone in doing that, potentially causing harm to anyone, and all this security guard did was reply 'yeah' and slowly walked back to leaning against the bars that are next to the exit of the self check out. Appalling behaviour grom a security guard that is meant to help control situations and protect, not let anyone come in and ride around like its some skate park. Really disappointed.

Just a shout out for one of the shift supervisor at Tarneit West store (3029) Taneesha, the way she showed empathy to me as my special need son was doing some tantrums while I was doing my grocery shopping . She made me feel welcome and really looked after me as I definitely needed some support. She opened a new register to serve me as she knows I was struggling to wait with kids! What an amazing human being she is ! Please provide my compliment to her!!!!Thanks
