Never in my life have I returned a coffee because it tasted bad, and watched the owner drink from my drink to proceed to tell me that I’m wrong and it’s just my drink option that’s causing the off taste…. I am shook. That is feral and I hope your owner enjoys the cold I have.

Good food, great service, bustling location.However, the kitchen exhaust was venting at the outdoor seating area and walkway which was highly unusual.Parking nearby was very limited.

One of our favorite coffee shop. They also offer good food in their menu. From ready to order delis to cook and serve menus. Besy of all, their coffee taste is divine. Highly recommended.

The rudest owner I have ever met. Two lovely wait staff willing and polite. My scrambled eggs and salmon were inedible. The toast had a large black spot. Finally the owner grabbed the newspaper from me while I was reading it for another customer. I grabbed in back. What an absolute circus!!

Food was fresh but overpriced for what you get and nothing special. Staff were a bit rude and the ice coffee tasted like it was made with coffee syrup.

Ordered two croissants and a coffee for $22. Whist the coffee was good the croissants were an abomination. I think they must have been two days old and looked like they had been sat on. Flat, stale and lifeless.In all honesty they should have been binned and never sold to a customer. I don’t like leaving these reviews but I was completely appalled at receiving something that so obviously should never have been served.

Have to say the food was amazing, the flavours we're incredible. Would recommend, but only giving 4 stars because I would love to see a bit more attentiveness on the service side. would be nice if the waiter/waitress checked on the table from time to time to see if more drinks were needed. Plus a bit of back ground music would be nice. Other than that nice food.

Under the strain of Omicron the guys there keep their smiles, good service and amazing food.They are working their butts off so be patience with food prep time.Highly recommended will come again.

Great coffee during extended lockdown!. Black Drop was busy as the sun was shining and lots of people taking time to get out. Quick service also.
