Got lost trying to find a car repair shop. I parked in front of their store and went to ask for a quote for my convertible roof repair. They checked my car out and repaired a few hundred dollars worth of repair for me for free. Very kind staff and very trustworthy

I was sent here via Australian Car Sales Group for a wheel balance on a car I had just purchased, the service I received was extremely friendly and professional, I spoke with a lady on the phone, I think her name was Duval she was very helpful and pleasant, when I went in, I was greeted by Joe and he was lovely, my wheel balance was done by another lovely young man (I think his name was Andrew).The service was completed relatively quickly and to my satisfaction, I cannot comment on price as it was covered by the car yard.I was very pleased and will probably return if I my regular mechanic is unavailable.Thank you Big Wheel..

Would not use their services ever again. Took my 2015 Hyundai Tucson to their auto electrician as my engine light came on. He charged me $90.00 to connect the code generator to see what the issue was. Code P0240 was on the car. He stated it was the catalytic converter and to not bother fixing this due to the cost and to continue driving it and that my car should be fine for another year. Well yesterday the car started spluttering with no power whilst driving on the M4 motorway! NRMA roadside towed and assessed my car to find the problem was a faulty ignition coil just by unplugging the coil. Something that the auto electrician there should have been able to locate and advise of the issue so I could have it repaired! An absolute joke. Not sure if it was because I was female as at first he tried to say the issue I was having was from lack of servicing or the petrol I use. My car is regularly serviced he just couldn’t see any stickers and assumed it was not serviced and as for fuel I only use premium 98 in it. Their auto electrician has NO IDEA!! I will never take my car to them again! If I could leave no stars or a negative star I would. I will be taking this matter further so no one else has this issue with them.

I've been going there for years and always found Joe and family to run a good family business. They are always fair and realistic.If I owned a Ferrari, well I'd take it somewhere else...I can confirm that all the work he has done for me is good.

Purchased a VY11 Berlina runabout at CarCity but the Aircon did not work so the Dealer sent it here.Fixed spot on Fast & still working weeks later.As my mechanic has retired may as well continue bringing my other vehicles here when work is required..Thanks Guys..

Ordered my tyres and had them delivered, called up and spoke to Jake about fitting them. He booked me in first thing the next day no dramas.All the staff were friendly and welcoming but Jake was exceptional when it come to fitting my new tyres. Took his time and had great care with my rims.Had a good conversation with him while everything was getting done and learnt a few new things along the way.All in all was great service, will definitely come back and will be recommending my mates here too!

I had a set of tyres fitted by Jake on my freshly powder coated wheels. He took great care and ensured the wheel surface didn’t get damaged. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. Overall, a great experience and I’ll happily do business again!

Went to this place to have wheels fitted from Tyroola. Had a great experience here. Customer service was exceptional and got everything sorted out very quickly. Highly recommended to have tyres fitted from Tyroola and other car servicing needs.
