Customer service was terrific, I purchased Double DIN Head Unit, but there was only one problem they didn't have all the extras I needed to install it - I now need to wait for the order to come in - timeframe is unknown. It would be nice when stock becomes low that an order to replenish is made before it completely runs out.

I love going in to this store. The staff are polite & courteous. They even do the small jobs for me. IE: Checking oil, coolant, brake fluid & power steering fluid.I have a discount card for another auto shop. I'll gladly stick with the Boys from the BARN!!""

Had to get brake fluid, I felt like they were waiting to leave 3 staff stood at counterwhile I tried to walk thru a very congested place there was still over half hour to closing, to cluttered to enjoy looking for my next project, it just didn't feel comfortable walking in here

Paid $200 for installation by a so called professional for new pioneer multimedia head unit and a reversing camera problem is 1. the installer put the reverse camera down too low and half view is taken up by back Nissan Navara step, 2. He wired it through the hole that is used to add the bar to drop the spare tyre and 3. He cut into the number plate to do it 4. One of the holes he drilled was too big and the screw fell out when we went to remove it to fix it ourselves 4. The bracket on back of reverse camera was cut so no screw could go through it but simply hold a fraction in on each side. Really really inadequate and not professional and will never go to Autobarn again for installations. I’m exchanging my number plate for a custom thank goodness he didn’t cut into that! Don’t trust children to do an adults job! We simply removed the plate the camera and placed it above and drilled into plastic not the metal!

Great friendly staff, Steve especially. Having to purchase a new battery on a Sunday he very obligingly fitted it for us.

Bought a rhino rack here a couple of months ago. Great product, going strong. They didn't have a functioning fitting service at this store, so manager, Steve, helped me fit it himself. Amazing service. Very friendly and helpful staff.
