Maryanne Birch is an excellent real estate agent to work with.Maryanne & all of her staff that I dealt with while my investment property was rented & during the sale process were knowledge & helpful in both the rental market & the sales market. During the sales process I was kept informed & updated on all aspects during the selling process. My solicitor also was extremely happy with the communication process during the sale. I had a very positive experience with her entire team.

Two of my closest friends, one of which had just started their family, have had the displeasure of being under this real estate agency. In one situation, ceiling mold was brought to the attention of the real estate agency, never addressed, and then soon after the lease eas not renewed. In another case, a lease was not renewed and no reason given. I urge anyone looking at properties managed by this agency to look elsewhere, you will be better off with a lessor quality house and better agency.Edit: Google asked for an honest review, and I gave it. Honesty is not deformation. Small business or no, you may want to review the staff that handle rentals and how they deal with those occupying the properties. Deformation would be naming individuals and accusing, I am merely presenting an honest opinion based on personal experience. If you view these statements as deformation, that is your prerogative. A professional but personal serviceMaryanne and her team looked after our family investment block of units in Bulimba for a number of years. Her team was always very professional in dealing with us and the tenants, with excellent reporting and attention to detail. Naturally when it came time for us to sell the property we turned to Maryanne and she once again exceeded our expectations and achieved an outstanding result with minimal fuss, particularly as it was all done long distance as we live interstate. We will miss dealing with Maryanne and her team who have not only become trusted partners, but also good friends.

Although not a client of Maryanne Birch, as a neighbour I went through the process of upgrading the fence between our property and next doors which they were an agent for.The agent recommended a fencer and was excellent in facilitation between the owner and ourselves and were able to get the fence installed within 3 weeks.
