I've seen Georgia (osteo) and Matt (exercise physio) at the Murrumbeena and Mount Waverley clinics and both are excellent; have helped me achieve goals I'd set, get pain free and moving again. All the staff interactions I've had have been positive professional and friendly.

Friendly team always willing to squeeze in an appointment when you need it.

I walked in with considerable pain and Georgia weaved her magic hands (osteo skills) and after a few sessions I was back to my old self. They explain what has happened, how they are going to treat the condition and then just do it. With James on reception (best receptionist) they make a great professional team that know how to treat a patient, with respect.

excellent experiences with my osteopath and EP- HOWEVER, the mature aged female receptionist who feels the need to be passive aggressive or aggressive aggressive REALLY needs some professional development for customer service techniques- harassing clients is not a positive way for the client to leave the clinic after the therapists have done a wonderful job, neither is debating peoples finances and life priorities in a public arena. you need to learn some decorum and professionalism- each time i have encountered this woman i have wanted to cancel ALL my appointments. disappointing considering the calibre of the health professionals!!
