Instore music way too loud, asked shop assistant to turn it down as l couldn't hear what she was saying. Service good though. Couldn't get my runners, they had to come from the warehouse as not instock in store. This is our great retail experience now (not) have to get it online,Not tried on or physically looked at.

The store manager and her staff are FANTASTIC!! So friendly, happy and super helpful. Had visited a few times without buying anything and just getting fitted and letting me think about it was no worries. Made me come back to buy and this visit the store manager went above and beyond to help me!! Left extremely happy and a returning customer.

The sales lady was really nice & helpful.Only critique is how loud the music is inside the store, not sure if I'm becoming a boomer, but boy, was it loud & hard to hear in there.
