Bayside Holiday Apartments

Very average. Rooms old and tired. Bed has random springs you can pry out of your back. WIFI non existing so if you in Broome for work find somewhere else . Very disappointing

Excellent little apartment, convenient to the town, Matso’s and the Mangrove hotel. Can catch the bus to Cable Beach from just across the road. Apartment facilities are good, full size fridge, good a/c and fans. All very clean.

Apartments a little out dated but had everything you needed, clean, bed comfortable, service staff very friendly and helpful, if you only want somewhere to shower, sleep and cook occasionally this is perfect, we'll be back.

After having worked in hospitality and tourism for years now including the last couple of years in the current pandemic I am very disappointed in the way in bayside apartments handled my recent cancellation of stay. As an NT resident I was subject to the very sudden border restrictions put in place by WA. As soon as info was released I made contact with the hotel to have my reservation refunded of the first nights accommodation which had been pre paid to secure. I was told by hotel that they do not provide refund if you cancel 72 hours out regardless of COVID or not and they think that’s more then generous ! My booking was 48hrs away and the border closer happened less then an hour prior ! When I questioned this and the fact they have no information stating or regarding their policy of canceling due COVID anywhere on their website or booking.com I was told that it should just be general knowledge now that we live in a pandemic and it’s the price I pay for wanting to travel at all. I’m shocked by the bad luck attitude they provided not even offered a credit - not that I would want to or recommend anyone to stay there

These apartments are quite outdated but roomy, comfortable, and clean!The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.Fair price for what you get.

We spent two nights in two bedroom apartment. The apartment was outdated but spacious and very clean. It was checked and replaced with toiletries, coffee and milk.Loved the laundry facilities for guests. Pool is small, not appealing . Matso's brewery opposite of us, which was great as we could chill out there.Position is good.We have enjoyed our stay here.The only think about this Bayside apartments is, you have to check inis at Moonlight Bay Suites, 51 Carnavon St which is approx 100 m distance.
