TMG MMA

This place is fantastic. In the three and a Half years i have been training here i have developed many things including, a Higher Fitness level, Skills and Techniques, Physical and Mental Wellbeing and also great friendship. This place is my second home where i come to train and better myself everyday. I highly recommend this place as it has a great team environment and the Owners Stuart and Alina are extremely welcoming and are very dedicated and knowledgable Trainers.

My kids have been doing BJJ for almost 2 and half years and MMA for approximately 1 year and half. I have been doing BJJ since July last year and some MMA. A week ago we changed gyms to TMG MMA. My kids and I have found TMG MMA incredible. From the moment I contacted the coaches they have been very open and honesty. They answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). I wanted to be sure TMG MMA was what we were looking for. We came in to watch the classes, the next day we came in to try a class. We were all hooked. Everyone was very welcoming including the children towards my youngest son. I was very impressed with how welcoming everyone was and continues to be. The children's classes are disciplined but respectful and welcoming. All the coaches truly care about helping you be the best you can be. They also don't stop being coaches once the training session finishes. They are there to help you prepare for competitions, from nutrition to cutting weight if needed. I have learnt all this from the coach at TMG MMA in just 1 week. Over the months we've been there, we are not only learning the different matrial arts that are offered at TMG MMA, we have also learnt more about health and nutrition.

5 stars for TMG. Stuart is a brilliant coach and technical master. Highly recommend training at TMG for people of all ages and levels.

TMG has the best junior program in Brisbane for kids wanting to do and learn MMA. We have been with Stuart for over 4 years now and can truly say that this is a family gym and that Stuart has his students best interest at heart when he coaches and goes with the team to competitions. Awesome place

As an experienced martial artist I trained at this gym for a couple of months. I was very impressed with the way the place was run, with tough classes in high quality modern training facilities. At the same time the emphasis on maintaining an environment of old fashioned respect and correct technique was admirable.The only reason I didn't continue there was because it is focused on sports martial arts, which I realised that I did not want to put my middle aged body through. However, for anybody who wants challenging training for fitness, self defense or the ring, you would find it hard to look past this place.

Great gym with a welcoming culture. Coaches are friendly, provide clear instructions and are always helpful.
