Great dry cleaners, have been using Vinnies Dry Cleaning for years. I’ve always found Vinny happy to accommodate needs and his stain removal has is excellent especially on delicate fabrics! Can highly recommend this business.

Presented a shopping docket for a 20% discount - $17.50 for 5 Business Shirts Dry Cleaned when I dropped my shirts in.They don’t do 24-48 hour turn around and also then being a long weekend it took 5 days for my shirts to be dry cleaned. I was advised to pay when i collected the business shirts.I collect the business shirts 5 days later present the docket to pay and am told they only except this docket offer for prepayment and to use it the next time I came in.I then pointed out there was no terms or conditions for this on the docket offer and that it expired today so how could I use it the next time I came in and that I was also happy to pay when I dropped the shirts in and showed the voucher at the same time.She finally excepted it and put through the docket offer at $17.50.Now what gets me even more is this docket is not 20% off either as it’s states. It’s $19.50 to normally dry clean shirts. $2 is not 20% off. I get that it’s a $2.00 discount but I don’t like business’s that practice in this manner and it has completely turned me off going back to this store.

Took a wedding dress in at Dee Why shop. It took two months to finally get it finished and in the mean time, I had to chase when it would be ready. “We’ll call you” Twice it was ignored. When it was finally done, it looked terrible. Once a shiny four ply silk now looks like damask fabric. Apparently according to Vinny, the dress maker shouldn’t have used such backing material, trying to convince me how wrong the material was by showing other dresses they cleaned.If it was wrong material, why couldn’t they tell us before they embarked on the job. They are wedding dress specialists, aren’t they?Very disappointed.Don’t recommend this service.

Vinney Drycleaning and Alterations are well located in complex.Very well priced and the service is very good.Staff are attentive and are friendly and helpful.Having the alteration business attached is very useful when you need small and larger repairs /alterations.

Very disappointing, would not recommend. They ruined my wedding dress (they punched two holes on a silk dress with a safety pin), winter jacket and 2 doonas. I have 15 years of experience from the laundry industry and can tell these people have no attention to detail and are absolutely incompetent in what they are doing.

6 weeks ago I put my sons baptism gown into be dry cleaned as they had previously cleaned this dress a few months prior with no issue. They asked if I was happy to wait a week which of course I was. I went back a week later only for them to tell me that they hadn’t had time to get it done and asked for another week to which I had agreed was fine. No joke, I went every single Friday for the next 4 weeks for them to again tell me that they haven’t had time to clean it and that they “promise” to have it done within the week. Yesterday I went into pick it up (my 5th visit) and surprise surprise, dress still not done because in the gentleman’s words “the wedding dresses were more important”. I asked for the gown back and that I would take it elsewhere and was offered a discount and reassurance that it would be cleaned through the week but decided to take the gown with me. I get that things take time but I went in several times only to be told to come back the following week. Such a shame as I had a previous positive experience and the lady behind the desk has always been so pleasant.

I was told it was next day pick up. When I went to pick my coat up a day and a half later, the assistant told me it wasn’t ready because it pilled badly whilst cleaning. No one called me to tell me it would be longer and I needed it for work the next day.I’ve had this coat dry cleaned before and it came back fine. When it was eventually ready, it was in a terrible condition. Pilling everywhere and it also shrunk quite a bit.Bad communication and bad service- wouldn’t use again and would warn others against getting their dry cleaning done here.

Asked them to 'Dry clean' 2 expensive linen shirts as washing removes the dye. They put them in a washing machine instead. Tried telling me that it's the same effect as dry cleaning, obviously it isn't. Don't trust them.
