Terrible and disgraceful customer service. Very good at playing the blame game. Would not return calls. They had my car for 11 days without any follow up. Unprofessional. Disappointing from such a large dealership.

My experience with Alto Hyundai was one of the worst car buying experiences of my life. I was mislead through the sales process and they failed to deliver on the most basic mechanical Information which they were required to provide as part of the contract. I literally called them every day trying to give them my money and get this nightmare over with.. After two weeks of what can only be described as gross incompetence, I cancelled my order to which I was asked to pay a 5% cancellation fee despite them not giving me the mechanical information they were contractually obliged to and which so obviously can’t be enforced. The customer experience and service was a disgrace. 3 weeks later I still don’t know what’s going on..Stay well clear of this organisation if you wish to maintain your sanity.

The most honest and professional customer service i have experience in a long while. Nadim Bassam knows what he is doing.. a GREAT OPERATOR! The worse car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Rude, snobby, overpriced. You spend 30min in there before anyone serves you!! Don't bother. Worse group of dealerships I have ever dealt with and I buy alot of cars!!!!!

Alto's have serviced my Audi for the last 7 years. I have found all their staff to be attentive, helpful and good to their word. Just dealt with Thorsten Herzog and he was fantastic, also Cheryl Ferrington was a stand out. Should also mention Cooper Travers from their Land Rover department, Cooper was awesome, helping me on a number of occasions with advice, even though there was nothing in it for him. That's how you build long term relationships.
