The Groove Train Knox
Since it located busy spot parking would be challenging. Inside and outside seating available. Better book early to avoid any disappointment. Staff are welcoming and will arrange table. Food was quiet good, fresh and serve big portions. Only bad thing was it took around 30min to prepare food. Takeaway options available. Washrooms are available. Prices are reasonable proportion to their vibe.

Great food and atmosphere. Excellent choice of seating. The outdoor dining area had lots of big, big heaters! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The drinks, entrees and meals were served very promptly. We love dining here.

We had a luncheon for 7 at The Groove Train Knox and had a great time. Food was delicious and the staff were on point. Food arrived in a timely manner and all at the same time. Thank you and look forward to the next visit.

We come at least weekly with our toddler, who doesn’t love to sit still and the staff are so friendly and helpful, making our experience so enjoyable. Certainly family friendly.Sid is always on when we are eating dinner and he knows our orders back to front. He demonstrates exceptional customer every time, even when he is very busy. He goes above and beyond and gets our daughter her own little dessert spoon and fork to enjoy her meal.Thank you for always making our dining experience enjoyable with our beautiful, messy toddler!

Great environment and the staff are super friendly. Lots of indoor or outdoor with outdoor bei g very well heated. Very large menu to choose from both food and drinks wise.I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could as this is such a small issue but they do charge a 2% surcharge if you order via the QR code located on the table. I'm not an expert in the behind the scenes of how much the QR cost system costs or why they charnge it, but I have never seen that surcharge before and there was no surcharge when ordering via a waiter. Other then that, great experience and will definitely go back. The calamari is some of the best I've ever had anywhere!

Went for a weekday lunch, but still it was reasonably busy. Service was attentive & warm, with great variety of menu to choose from including so for kids as well.Ordered ‘Spaghetti Pescatore’ and ‘Pumpkin & Spinach Gnocchi’, and service was quite quick.Both dishes were very well done & was really tasty. Portions are good and quality is top class.Definitely will recommend.

This place is great, the food is excellent, the service is really good but unfortunately the atmosphere is ruined by the loudness of the store, the acoustics in there were awful. Barely anyone there, and I could hardly hear my family speak. The sound reverberates off everything, making polite conversation difficult. They need acoustic ceilings in this place to dampen the sound so everyone can speak at a normal register. It really ruins the vibe here, unfortunately. But it is clean, and the inside is quite pretty.

The breakfast I had at the expensive cafe was not worth the high price. I opted for an egg and cheese toast without bacon, which cost me $20 along with a medium chai latte. I have had similar breakfasts at other cafes for a maximum of $15, and the quality was better. Unfortunately, the toastie at this cafe was disappointing as it lacked cheese and the bread was of poor quality. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The food was fantastic as always.Unfortunately, the service was horribleStaff were more interested in chatting and laughing with each other than being ready to engage with us.I asked for some cutlery after our dinner was put on our table, which seemed to put the poor lady waitress out as the look of distain on her face was loud. She walked away, got the cutlery and dropped it onto our table without a word or smile or anything.Te to look for some different staff #groovetrain
