I have an investment property in Tweed heads, living in Melbourne and totally rely on my agent who has been looking after my investment property for 14years, they gave me two quotes for painting the whole house, first one is $11,000 and the second is $16,000 , i was shocked when I received those two quotes during this Covid time. My brother In law from Adelaide introduced me to Mike, Called Mike for the quote and it was $4000 cheaper then my first quote, when I spoke to Mike over the phone , hearing through his soft tone voice he has already gave me his confident and genuine with his quote so i gave him the job.
