Recently purchased a vehicle with Grant, he is a service superstar! He was easy to do business with very prompt with all communications. He arranged a pick up from the station for me to collect my car, car was ready on time and as promised. Thanks for the service Grant :) Tammara

Hopeless customer service... couldn't answer the most basic questions, such as cost of service.Completely incompetent Service Department.Zero stars!!!

The reception/sales staff are extremely helpful and friendly.Very relaxed and pleasant to do business with and they gave me a very fair deal.Just a very nice bunch of people to do business with.I am very impressed with Turnbull Toyota.And I love my new GXL RAV4 Hybrid.

Service department needs addressing.Last service they kept my car over 2hrs past the allocated pick up time with no explanation (standard service, no issues).Now the Service department has cancelled my pre booked service at 4:45pm the day before it was scheduled.Disappointing considering the car was purchased locally to support local employment, yet they are seemingly not interested in after sales care.

Helpful but front of house staff need to be able to hand out pamphlets about individual car models not sales men. As a result my quick visit meant I went away without any catalogues.

From the get go it was genuinely a horrible experience buying my car it was a used car but still fairly new a 2016 model with 69000 on the odometer this was supposed to be an exciting new experience for me getting my car ive dreamed of but I was made to feel horrible from the moment I asked for a test drive I was looked down on and judged then had a horrible experience with there finance company after going through my bank I was approved in two days after a week of hassle with there company but worst was the experience I had the worst experience with the used car salesman which never smiled. I was rushed there was little to no communication on there behalf and when I left with my new car it was with my head down. I could go on and on but this is just to sum it up and a review of my experience with this motor company

We recently purchased a 200 series Landcrusier from Turnbulls. Couldn’t be more happier with the whole process, despite hiccups at production level that were out of Turnbulls control they were able to come up with an alternate solution that was fantastic.From introduction through to our first service there attention and treatment of us as a customer has been outstanding!Thank you guys!

Brad from yarram Turnbull is a bloody legend. We purchased a car from him for my son. We live in Tweed heads, and couldn’t get down there so Brad organised delivery for the car and just his service from the moment he answered the phone to the time the car was on the truck to Tweed has been bloody unreal. Can’t thank him enough.Highly recommend him to anybody to purchase a car.Cheers

My husband purchased a brand new Land Cruise top of the range for our future travels. We got a catch can installed by TurnbullsToyota SALE VIC who we purchased the vehicle from. Two hours into our trip, and the first time we towed the caravan with catch can installed, we blew a Rocker Cover Gasket. Unheard of by every one we have spoken to including Toyota Techs. Got the rocker cover gasket fixed and another two hours later, under tow conditions the rear seal blew. Diagnosis was an incorrectly installed catch can. Now after repair to our vehicle was carried out by Toyota TURNBULL from SALE VICTORIA 3850 they are now charging us $9,500 for the cost of repair - for the damage to our brand new vehicle- caused by faulty workmanship of a Toyota TechnicianWe are extreme disgusted with this dealership. We have had no use of our vehicle since 9 June When it initially broke down and for a period of less than twenty four hours on 25 June when it broke down again. Remember they are asking for near $10,000. We have been in touch with Customer Experience Centre who say we should not be paying for this repair and to top it off we have not nor been asked to sign a work order.I repeat do NOT purchase a vehicle from TURNBULL TOYOTA SALE VICTORIA. 3850
