Update: my beautiful dad has now passed away. He had a fall, broke his hip, and did not get the medical attention he needed. I had to ask them to get a doctor to see him two weeks ago. He died the very next week. Do not out your loved ones in this place.

Exceptionally rude lady on the front desk, old, blonde, not at all helpful and very abrupt and nasty.I wanted to ask a few questions about the facility and couldn't wait to leave, if that is how this company represents itself by putting witches on the front desk then I think there is a problem!

Great facility, the staff really care. They even have pet birds here and a little coffee shop!
