Never had a worst experience from a store, stood around for 30 minutes waiting for service and they'd be completely ignoring to go to the more elderly generation, and would have two people assisting the one customer?Hate to be the one assume but I personally belief it's due to the fact that I'm younger they'd assume I wouldn't be spending as much on jewellery as anyone else would. You'd assume I'd at least get a courtesy I'll be with you in a minute"

Lost engagement ring multiple times. Resized wrong. Zero follow up but happy to harass for a sale. Waited 6+ months with excuses and we don't know where it is". Won't be shopping here in future and wouldn't recommend wasting money here if you want your ring back after spending thousands."

I spent alot of money on rings and a watch. I have never been able to wear the watch as it was broken during a resize, they gave it back broken. My gold 2 tone ring didn't last a week before losing its shape and the white gold disappeared Evan though I brought it for the 2 tone effect. Overpriced for things that just break. They should tell U that the white gold is very short term and rubs off and they should also worn you about the weekness
