Simply amazing! 1) Went to their website & made an appointment stating my design, budget 2) Sasha took me through the steps and fine tuned the design with a video call 3) 2 weeks later got the ring delivered. Prices are amazing and what a lovely team. Highly recommend! :)

We wanted 10 calibrated size 8x6 Royal Blue sapphires and some 5ct+ sapphires for jewellery. Some precise questions and 5 days later they delivered amazing sapphires at fair & reasonable prices. When asked they said it's thanks to their team in Sri Lanka who sourced gems directly from mines. Highly efficient team & Highly recommend!

Me and my partner went to many jewellery stores in Sydney however having spoken to Ministry of Gems over the phone just once the service we got was amazing. Many designed were suggested for me based on the design I had in mind and budget. Once we chose one, my beautiful ring was brought to life in Italy with a 2.5ct Blue Sapphire. Also I insured it with Chubb, highly recommend :)
