Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool and Leisure Centre

We went for an afternoon splash at the splash pad. It was free to go in and let the kids run around outside. There were a few tables under shade available. Both nephews (1 and 5yo) really enjoyed it. The swimming facilities inside also look new and nice but we just went to the splash pad.

I have been a member here for several years now. Good location and some of the staff are super friendly however the running/ management of the pools lets it down greatly. The only time I've had an issue I've raised dealt with was after lodging a formal complaint then suddenly they are more than happy to help you but more concerning is the lack of cleaning and the complete lack of care about this by management and even off site senior management. The place is dirty and not cleaned as regularly as any public space should be. There is mold building up on the shower walls, indicating the shower areas aren't cleaned (if they are, then not often enough)... these pictures are from days after advising a senior manager the place needed cleaning and sending photos to him ...... It really is disgusting and concerning that a council owned and operated facility that is open to the public isnt a clean and safe space ...... Whilst I say this about the pools I will note that when I used to attend the gym there it was always very clean.

The place was very busy when we arrived as it was school holiday, the guards were monitoring the people in the water all the times, which was great! However, some pools were closed so the kids did not get to enjoy the kid's pools. The entrance fee for supervising adult that goes into water is $1 and there are also other paid facilities such as gym, sauna and café. The shower area is partially open (no door) and there are family changing rooms. There are also a few different parks near to the pool building.

Nicely located public swimming pool which is quite clean and well established. Childrens swimming classes in the shallow pool is very family friendly.

Very nice place. Lots of things to do for the whole family. Clean pools, plenty of parking spots. Love the outdoors kids area. Very nice cafe inside and very friendy staff. The prices are very reasonable while kids swim for free

Terrible place and staff they need to be all sacked! this branch don't know how to operate and change their opening hours if indeed is changed such as today public holiday sign says 6:45pm near entrance but closed an hour early??? wasted my time and gas and suffered inconvenience as a result because no other dam council pool was open late today highly not recommending Lloyd Elsmore pools!!!

Great facility with something for all ages, good selection of pools, sauna, steam room and spa, plus the bonus of a fully equipped gym upstairs

Mostly disability friendly, particularly at front desk. I love coming here for the total spa experience and the versatility of different day different workout

My kids and I were insulted by the front desk at Lloyd Elsmore Park Pool in HIGHPARK. We joined swimming lessons, and I would take my kids swimming when I was not in class. We meet the front desk staff every day and greet them politely. We are very familiar with the staff at the front desk. But just yesterday, my child and I came to the swimming pool as usual, and when we passed the front desk, we still greeted each other with a smile. But a lady named CECILIA suddenly stopped us fiercely and yelled at us, You should explain to us what you are here for instead of laughing
