I have attended upon Norman and Brown since they opened, and cannot recommend them enough. Ian has transformed my appearance and I always leave the salon with a smile. I have developed such faith in the talent and professionalism of Ian, that I do not require an consultation anymore and he has never disappointed. The staff are open, friendly and obliging and I have always got an appointment even when I leave my requests somewhat late. When I married, Ian took particular care to ensure that I was a happy bride and all staff made themselves available to accommodate my bridal party- not an insignificant request given we took over the salon. I have no hesitation in recommending Norman and Brown and in fact do so regularly!!

I had grown quite bored of going to the hairdressers and generally didnt look forward to it anymore. However, my experience at Norman and Brown was fantastic this morning. My stylist Mark could not have done anything more to make me feel comfortable during my appointment and made the experience so enjoyable again. Mark listened to exactly what I wanted to do with my hair, advised me on what he recommended and gave me options without being pushy to buy products. The entire salon staff are beautiful and attentive and I am so happy I chose to come here and most importantly - delighted with my colour and cut - Mark you are a fabulous hairdresser, thank you.

John is a wizard with blondes. It's like he read my mind. Did an outstanding job and I'm extremely fussy with my hair. Also just very lovely vibe !

Ariel did a wonderful job with my hair!! I'm very happy with the result and I've been receiving lots of compliments! All the staff were very friendly and nice and they gave me a glass of wine and water. Ariel stayed till after 9pm to finish my hair even though it was after their closing time! He educated me about my hair and the hair products and he constantly told me about what he was doing which was really nice! I'm very happy with everything! I'm going back there again for more hair services in the future! The photos show my hair before and after.
