We moved into Heidelberg about 6 years ago and RPM was the first mechanic we went to and we have been a extremely impressed. They’ve got a customer for life in us. Professionalism, knowledge and honesty are really important traits for a great mechanic and they have that in spades. Rhys is great, he’s very down to earth and goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend this business.

Being from Sydney and not knowing anybody in Melbourne I needed help to get my car back to Sydney the same day and went to RPM on Saturday morning and Reece who was alone on Saturday and fully booked, still helped me to diagnose my car and tried to get me back to Sydney the same day. Really helpful guy and I just wanted to say it is really appreciated !Thanks Reece !

All l can share with my personal experiences with RPM is l have sent my mums car Unty, Uncle, Son and myself. I took my car to Rhys for replacement of my cars struts/shocks. I was absolutely blow away by the professionalism, the quality of the service and repairs completed on my vehicle. Rhys kept me updated, was prompt with the work, and the pricing was very fair and reasonable (in comparison to other quotes). I will definitely not go anywhere else now. Excellent customer service and always reliable.I go there for anything from a roadworthy to a rebuild, RPM treats it's customers right and delivers a quality service.Have recommended to all my friends and co-workers.Along with my own car, I also take the Mrs car, my work car and the weekend weapon.RPM is now the only mechanic I will use, they have proven they listen and don't try to oversell you like alot of other dodgy mechanics.Again, if you are looking for someone to become your one and only TRUSTED mechanic, give them a ring and you won t regret it!

I have been with Rhys and his team for the past 10 years and can only say he is absolutely fantastic. Rhys is very professional, knowledgeable and honest, attentive to your issues with your car, shop is clean and he always explains any forseen issues with your car and goes far and beyond with his service. Rhys will always give advice when asked. We have 3 cars in my household and i have recommended Rhys to my extended family.
