This review is to appreciate one important member of HOBAN agency. Here I’d like to thank the most zealous and generous person I came across during my journey as an employee at HOBAN and that is Tua leauanae. She is one great person as she selflessly puts her efforts in making sure all the employees are happy with their duties assigned and helped them with any query they might have.

My name is Wendy and I am a Primary School Crossing Supervisor. This is a very rewarding job for me and I feel a sense of the community spirit. I love learning the names of the students and their families especially the little chats I have with the children who use the crossing.I feel very much a part of the school and wider community.I am employed by Hoban Recruitment. My supervisor is Olga and she is very friendly and fair.

Project Manager Ramu was the one who i was introduced first in HOBAN and since then he’s been very kind and supportive while on shifts. He was very generous and thoughtful as he used to sort roles that suits me and my capabilities. Thanks ramu for your efforts in making me a better employee at HOBAN.Senior Project Manager Michelle mantas. She is one dedicated member of HOBAN agency. She’s very passionate and disciplined about the job and how the employees should undertake the job and responsibilities is really something I liked in her. She’d go an extra mile to make sure everything is happening perfectly at the job place. I’d thank her for being a role model for the upcoming employees in the institution. HOBAN is really a professional agency where you can build your career and skills. HOBAN taught me the principles and moral values I need to have to be in a work environment.

I am in my second year of working for Hoban. I enjoy the children on the crossing and I can see myself doing this for many years. Olga is very helpful when I need to call her about anything relating to the crossing. The extra money that I earn from the crossing does not affect my pension and I am now able to afford to take my grandchildren to the movies and to give them birtnday gifts, not to mention going out for coffee with friends. It is only 10 hours per week and it has changed my life for the better

I am so happy and lucky for being part of Hoban. I have been assigned to my jobs, the jobs are stress free, interesting and enjoyable jobs. Thank you Ramu for considering me in many projects. I made new friends through this journey.

Great company to work for. Olga is professional and a great communicator. Olga does a wonderful job of organizing staff schedules and rosters. I look forward to our staff Christmas party this year as I know Olga will do a fantastic job organizing it.

I enjoy my work as a School Crossing Supervisor, where I get the opportunity to greet kids, parents, and other road users and have an important role in keeping them safe. Love my crossing job. I work at the primary school that the crossing is. So I finish my day and head down to the crossing. We have a great school community. I love the kids and family.I love dealing with Olga. She is amazing.

I'm hesitant to praise Olga Kydoni from Hoban Recruitment, not because she doesn't deserve it BUT because if I mention how brilliant & considerate she is & her boss finds out, she probably be immediately promoted & I don't want her going anywhere soon !
