Monday 04th of April 2022 at 9:00am. The person at the reception is very rude. It looks like she is very tired of this job. Terrible service the way she treat people, patients, people that could be sick. It’s the first time in ny life I receive the worst service ever in a Medical service.

toby needs to be fired he keeps stabbing people with needles and then someone else has to come in because he can't find the vein. it's really not that hard. another guy came in and got my blood first try and the holes were CENTIMETERS apart. my sister went there and got stabbed by toby as well, except this time the blood spurted everywhere and he said oh no not again!" 4/5 entertaining but please fire toby first"

Horrible is the only word to describe the service in this place. I had to have urgent blood tests done and it says on Google they closed at 11:30am I arrived at 11:17 and the door was closed and I knocked several times and they just ignored me. Once a patient came out I came in to ask and they rudely told me they were closed. I told them the Doctor wanted to run the test urgently and they told me that they didn’t care that they were closed and I said that I was there knocking and nobody open the door before and they told me they closed the doors at 11:15am that they have been working hard all morning. Why say that they closed at 11:30am when they don’t. No compassion at all. Also the rudeness is beyond explanation. And this is not the first time they are so rude.

5 minutes waiting at 8.30am this morning. All staff wearing masks and super friendly with my 9years old who was having blood tests for the first time. A very quick and friendly experience for my kid. Thank you

The worst DHM. Terrible advice and service. Had a referral which said bulk bill to be told I will be out of pocket $120. To then call my referring doctor for them to say we have an account and you won’t be charged. Walked back in. And then they said I will be out of pocket $30. This was also when a lady came in and asked whether she could book an appt as she has a GTT which is a 2 hour test that requires fasting. ZERO accommodations of putting her first or fast tracking said she would need to take a number and wait. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Uncaring staff. Just want to make money.. didn’t bulk bill a clearly bulk billed referral. Avoid. Please go anywhere else don’t waste your time.

Man some rough reviews here.I turned up about 15 mins before they opened on a Saturday, a few people did.We all got in and took a number and were seen from opening times, once my number was called I was out within 10 mins.The staff member was professional and did their job diligently and quickly.I recommend them, but as with any bulk billed service there could be a wait.

“Being rude” seems to be a requirement for a blood collector in this center! Never seen this in any other medical practice. No understanding that they are dealing with some sick , vulnerable people.. just Very disappointed

Never to visit this place again. Went for a blood test, after a long wait the nurse calls me in , then a series of questions for ID and then asks for my Medicare card. A photo of my card was not sufficient and she tells me that I will get a bill in the mail which I could bring back to the Centre and get a credit. So rude! I promptly left and went to Turramurra, where it was a very pleasant experience. This place needs a good overhaul in customer service if not they will not last long.
