4 Mile Beach Lookout
Absolutely loved the views out over 4 Mile Beach. The first shuttle bus driver didn’t know what we were talking about when we asked to go here. Luckily the second driver knew exactly where we wanted to go, and was even happy to come back in 15 min to pick us up again.

4 Mile Beach Lookout
It's a fantastically beautiful beach but does not allow dogs, even on leash. The beach front has too few restaurants and too little capacity for the single place that was open. Port Douglas, as a whole, was hugely disappointing.

Nice lookout, could use some repairs to the fence and some more signage of what you are looking at but the end part of a nice coastal trail

Parts of the rails on the stairs up to the lookout are damaged, which seems unsafe, but the view is absolutely incredible, and it's a nice 2-3 minute walk up the stairs. There is a driveway, but I don't think it's publicly accessible, probably either council or private.

Great look out to see the beach. Bit of a hike but my 4 year old was more then capable of doing it. Plenty of parking available.

Gorgeous view, well maintained pathway, easy climb well worth the walk!

Good view of the entire beach and the view varies at different tides. Best way to reach is from the beach side up some stairs. Route from the town has no stairs may be a more difficult climb

Beautiful beach. Great view from lookouts. Great walk along beach and to lookouts.
