Had an issue with my battery draining overnight, called them up in the morning, they got me in and out the same day. Very quick and easy experience, super friendly on the phone and in person.When they asked about the problem genuinely felt like they were listening to my explanation, made me feel valued. That alone both on the phone and in person was enough for me to recommend them.

I asked them to call me before they did any work.It turned out that my car was not starting because of a crooked earth, which of course costs nothing to fix, so they decided to replace a punch of globes in my car, which i had already planned to do myself at home and had already purchased the globes. They then proceeded to charge me 188 dollars for labour and parts after i specifically told them to call me before they did any work. It's places like these that give this trade a bad name.All the owner had to say was sorry for the misunderstanding. I was disgusted, so much so that i wrote this review which I have never done nor ever contemplated doing!
