Went to get my controller repaired, they took my controller with my rechargeable batteries in it.Got my controller back 3 weeks later (they couldn’t repair it), and it didn’t have my rechargeable batteries, so I called EB Support and they contacted the store, to which the store says “the controller never had batteries in it.” Even though when I handed it to the store they said it’s fine that my batteries are in it. Wouldn’t reimburse me and refused to talk about it any further with me. Very poor management and terrible customer service.

They happily price-matched.The item I bought was originally priced 25% more than another shop.

Went to this place trying to swap a keyboard Roccat Horde AIMO bought end of September... They couldn't do anything because I didn't have a receipt or a membership number from EB Games... The keyboard was in a box with all bar codes.. I requested to them to lookup the footage to check when we bought and they denied... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE ...unless you have no choice....

The grand children absolutely love this place and could leave me waiting for ever while they inspected everything on the shelves.

A GREAT SPACIOUS EB games.At this point, it depends on if you like EB games or not. The average person will love it here as it is a great EB games HOWEVER there are two exceptions.Number 1 - It may be a little more expensive than other places BUT you can price match as long as the person helping you isn’t a KAREN WHO SAYS WE DON’T DO PRICE MATCHING which in the hundreds of times I have gone to EB games has only happened once.Number 2 - If the store attendant APPEARS to be slacking. Normally there are two or more attendants so just let the person behind you go ahead or stand back and wait. If they say you can come just say “I’m good” especially if you want to price match. If both seem depressed then just walk to the JB-HI FI.Also, the EB rewards is somethings you should definitely try. It’s free and can use just your phone number so you don’t need to always carry your EB card. Also as you stock up on Carrot Points, you get to higher tiers where you can get vouchers and such on your birthday to spend there.

Amazing EB store, friendly staff, they would call you on your preorder to confirm if you still want to keep it or when you would like to come in and pick it up which is very useful

Got hitman 3 game and i got it at good deal. Customer service is great of this shop. Store provide you good offers and services. Must visit this shop.

Yes we price match, but not for you today was the gist. If you don’t want to match prices, fine. But be upfront about it, and don’t waste people’s time. I would’ve paid the difference if it weren’t for the nonsensical excuses.
