The staff who look after my son are great.The admin side are useless. When you follow up where the problem is, turns out it was them! Train your staff correctly. Make sure you are reading information and forms correctly and action requests correctly and not blame the customer!!

I found the communication from here poor. They don't have the ability in the main office to check who is enrolled in the other centres, don't send out payment details with the email requesting payment, and don't always respond to emails.

A warning to any parents who wish to enrol your child at this centre. They can choose at any moment to not pick up from your child’s school anymore leaving you high and dry and your child needing to change schools after many years. This has caused hell for our family and now our child with ASD has to change schools in his final year. No compassion at all

There is no care of duty!After multiple complaints to Head Office about on going issue of neglect towards children that weren't even my own (I had to split up a fight as no one was around)They have also said to me in front of my son that he was a sook, refused to let him have afternoon tea due to him waiting until the line died down.They have told me when I arrived that they didn't know where my kid was for 10 minutes!I am not the only parent where they have lost a child!I was advised that if I'm not happy with their service to stop attending!I'm not happy that my kids are bullied by adults and not been able to be located. I think that's a reasonable reason to be annoyed!
