The gym is clean, well-equipped, has a friendly environment and is only a few mins away from the Strathfield station. It's usually crowded in the evenings around 6 PM. Other than that, it's really an excellent choice for a gym.

very nice gym with all kinds of equipments you want and need, friendly and respectful staffs, sparkling clean toilets & no mess all around. its a place you can just walk in & enjoy your workout your way. wish i could have found this gym earlier !

I recently joined Alpha Team Fitness in Strathfield, and I must say it has been a great experience so far. The gym offers a welcoming atmosphere and an affordable membership price. The staff is friendly, always ready to assist and provide guidance. The cleanliness of the gym is also top-notch.

Best gym in the area! Well equipped, maintained and ventilated, clean and great music to keep you pumped. People travel to work out here. Short walk from the train station.Best part of this gym would be the welcoming and respectful community. Staff are professional and passionate about fitness. Members are friendly and supportive; no super-apex-bro-do-you-even-lift?-self-appointed-alpha-(fe)males here.Great for anyone and everyone, wherever you are at with your fitness journey!
