Great service and communication from the team at Westpoint. My ute got delayed for quarantine and they kept me up to date as much as possible. Super friendly and helpful. Had my vehicle towed to Westpoint after breaking down nearby. Initially dealt with Nathan Micallef in the service department who advised of a significant wait time (4-6 weeks) due to how busy they were. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was diagnosed in between other jobs and fixed not long after. I was more than impressed to have my vehicle back a week later!! Nathan was in contact with me throughout the process and showed professionalism as he looked after me. Very good at his job and knows what he’s talking about.

Ford Westpoint service center did an excellent job. Nathan was the service advisor who looked after me and he provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. He kept me informed and made sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. Worst customer service. They made me wait 30 minutes before checking in my vehicle as the guys were busy over the phone for so long and my appointment was 9:50am and had to wait there until 10:30 just for checking in my vehicle. The Receptionist didn't sound too respectful either.

I recently purchased a Chery Omoda 5 at Westpoint Ford. Dennis was my salesperson and I couldn't have asked for better customer service and assistance. The technology in the vehicle was a little overwhelming at first but Dennis's guidance and patience was amazing and made my new car purchase a breeze. Thanks again Dennis!

Purchased a company car here & was extremely happy with the service. Abdi was very knowledgeable on the vehicles & made my decision easy when deciding between models upon purchase. On collection day its was a smooth process & Abdi went through every setting on the car with me to make sure I was driving away with all the knowledge needed, it was very helpful!
