Precise Property Management
Good Property Managers are really hard to find. Michelle from Precise is worth everything she charges. She does the property inspections, keeps you constantly updated and is diligent in chasing up tenants for rental payments. Her knowledge of the tenancy act is also first class. I would strongly recommend Michelle.

In 13 years of renting I had never once had a property manager who was as communicative, proactive and easy to deal with as Michelle was from Precise Property Management. I was a long term tenant (5 years) and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

Precise Property Management
I was a tenant for 6.5 years. Michelle was a great help initially assisting me with the requirements to secure the rental property as I was a first time renter. The initial condition report of the property was highly detailed. The inspections were done twice yearly and were very thorough. All the safety inspections (smoke detectors, electrical and ducted heating) were done regularly. If there were any repair work required, then it was attended to promptly. Michelle is very professional and great for both landlords and tenants.
