NRMA Airlie Beach Holiday Park

Great two night stay at Airlie Beach. Fantastic pool and facilities. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Right next to Coles which was convenient. The only reason for 4 stars is because we requested shade and were positioned out in the sun, I could see various other shady spots around our site. It was also very cramped being placed between two other campers and having everyone surrounding, would be ideal to utilise the non powered sites for forward folding camper trailers.

Well, yesterday we ended our stay at this campsite for reasons of force majeure, since during the day there were heavy rains and our tents got completely wet. We had to go to another place to sleep paying more and we were surprised by the lack of empathy that there was from the management. Even when there was a mistake on the part of one of their employees, the manager took a rather negative attitude towards us, blaming us and even doubting our word and today that two friends were there we washed our things (I repeat, all wet) and she talked to us about transfer property, that we had to leave the place, yes or yes, that we couldn't even wait in the parking lots outside. We absolutely had to get off the property. They treated us as if we had been people who went through all the camping regulations when we were honest, fair and followed the instructions of their employee. Honestly, what started as a respite in a campsite that looked very good, ended up being a quite negative experience but only on the part of the management, which we understand their annoyance but not the treatment towards us because we did not do anything wrong, just wash our clothes.

I recently stayed at the NRMA airlie beach holiday park it was a fantastic experience the accommodation itself was clean, spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable we were able to completely unwind and relax.The location was perfect with stunning views we were able to enjoy the local restaurants, shops and entertainment all within a short distance from our accommodation.One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service we received from the staff they were friendly, helpful and available to answer any questions we had and also provided recommendations for things to do in the area they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a memorable one we can't wait to come back.

It is tidy well kept park. Handy to everything. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Great fish and chip shop on site. BUT, it is dog friendly park and no shortage of the critters barking and growling at all hours. It is getting harder to find a quiet place to get away from neighbours dogs. Very active with the pouch communities.

100% recommend this place. My family and I stayed in a bungalow for just 1 night and it was amazing. Everything was clean (no water spots on the dishes or glasses either). Has a very comfy couch with a large TV in the living room. Beautiful kitchen with all the cooking space you need, along with a large fridge, pantry and stove top. The beds were very comfortable with amazing fluffy pillows.Thank you for the stay. Definitely coming back.

We did enjoy our stay here. We were in the unpowered area where you just pick a spot. Much more affordable than the big4. Sites were relatively level and was plenty of spots. Amenities were clean and a good camp kitchen.We rode into town so not too far.

Such a quiet park, spacious grassy sites and really clean amenities, and huge showers, there is actually room to move. Good location to walk the boardwalk into town, only 2.5kms. lived not having trees above us. The staff were lovely and really helpful and friendly. Amazing place to stay while you explore the area.
