do not purchase a gift voucher with this company. I was given one by my partner for $2000 with the understanding from Loraine that if I did not like the voucher or if we shifted we could refund the balance. After one lesson (and 2 cancelled by the flying school) we had to shift interstate at short notice due to work. After many emails I was eventually promised a $500 refund. It took me writing a review on Facebook to get a reply and to get a $500 refund. Along with threats of legal action because I wrote an honest review.I fail to see how an HONEST company can charge $1500 for one flying lesson.
