I got my first Salted Caramel Shred by Steve last week and I think I’ve found my new go to protein! Tastes great, perfect macros, and has a fat burner built in. Nice to have one fewer supplement to have to take daily. Also great mixed into oats.

I decided to test these guys out as they’re Australian owned and operated. Not only did my order come much quicker than I expected, but the quality is exceptional especially for the price! The protein powder mixes easily and doesn’t clump up like other brands, I got salted caramel and it was delicious! I also decided to try the raspberry lemonade flavoured grow soda and same thing, the taste is unreal and I was able to mix it in water with just a spoon! I’ll be opting for their subscription program for both products.

I mostly enjoy two things in life, Burgers and League of legends. But the next closest thing would be grow soda. Actually tastes good which is hard to come by, zero bloating and if I'm in a rush it is easy to get down.Genuinely impressed. If you struggle with standard milky protein powders then give grow soda a go.

I like testing new protein brands on the market and overall i'm impressed.Firstly the chocolate flavour is better than most other brands. They use actual cocoa so it actually tastes good. Secondly it mixes very well. It doesn't require a steel ball and is smooth while not being too frothy.Lastly its made in Australia which normally means higher prices but not in this case.Well done on differentiating yourselves in a competitive market. Would definitely recommend and look forward to trying different flavours.
