Winning Appliances

In need of a cook top and a sink, we found ourselves in the Winning Appliances' Osborne Park show room last weekend. The sales person - Bradley - was highly courteous, professional and on point with the narrative for each product of interest. He didn't try to sell us anything and instead informed us. I went back the next day and after concluding the purchase he thanked me for my business and saw my son and I out of the store. Old school manners.

I would highly recommend Winning Appliances as I have purchased many appliances from there and couldn’t fault them. The staff are very well informed on all products and helped me purchase a Bosch dishwasher.I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Booth who went above and beyond my expectations.Thank you to all the staff at Winning Appliances.

What a delight dealing with Winning Appliances for our kitchen makeover. We bought several new appliances, including the sink and tap at a great price. As well as excellent product knowledge, Jenni looked up the lead time and location of all items, so we wouldn't be caught out waiting for anything to arrive from overseas. We had a single on-time delivery with no damaged goods. Jenni even contacted the suppliers when we were missing bits, to ensure we received the missing parts promptly. We are extremely satisfied with the whole experience shopping at Winning Appliances. The staff is very knowledgeable and guided as to the right appliances we think we will treasure for a long time. Our house build took longer then expected, which wasn't a problem for Winnings. They kept our appliances until the day the builder needed them and they were then delivered with one days notice. Very good service, thank you Winning Team.

I do a lot of stir frying and wanted to upgrade to a really powerful rangehood. I did some online research and decided I wanted a qasair which I couldn’t find in the regular kitchen and electrical appliances stores. Winnings has a great range that includes the standard products but also the more speciality range for the discerning buyer. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a great price for the rangehood and a new stovetop, wait time was not bad at all and within specified estimates and the installers they use are exceptional. Plumbing Bros were fantastic with the stovetop installation and Rob from Platinum Rangehoods really went above and beyond with the rangehood installation. Very very happy with product and service.

Some time ago I purchased a Siemens range hood from the Myaree store. Service was excellent and the product was delivered on time.I then made the fatal error in asking the staff at the Osborne Park branch if they could recommend a tradesman to install the product. I was given 4 business cards of their top tradesmen who I contacted for a quote to install. Each one demanded I send photos of the job. Despite the unusual practice of quoting from photos not one of these lazy tradesmen [cowboys] had the decency, respect or breeding to either provide a quote or reject the job.My guess [see photo before] was that they did not have the skills [they only wanted to install range hoods on flat walls which would require 3 screws provided by the manufacturer] to do the job and as a result I [failed woodwork at school] completed the installation myself [see photo after].I had a great experience with Winning Appliances only to be stuffed around by a bunch of incompetents and idiots. Unfortunately for W App whether they agree or not it casts a bad reflection of them as well. I strongly suggest they put all installers cards in the bin and for the purchasers to locate their own tradesmen.

cant speak highly enough of the staff at Winning in Western Australia in accommodating the desire to replace non refillable CO2 gas bottles supplied with all new Zip Hydro Tap systems and arranging connection with refillable CO2 gas bottle. the service from Andre Lazaroo was above and beyond all expectations.congratulations and thanks Winning (WA) and Andre

Aboslute thieves, please take my warning and do not shop here!! They take your money promising in-stock items to be delivered within weeks. Turns out nothing is in stock and 8 months later i am still waiting, they wont deliver the goods or return my money, i am stuck $20k out of pocket and they wont do anything about it despite countless hours on the phone and going into store to try to get it sorted out.

Fabulous store, and we are loving our new products!Our Sales Consultant, Gerry, went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up with great products and that the delivery was seamless.
