Rude costumer service by this family business. They say the product warranty, but don’t give you and proof or document. They literally deceive people. I do not recommend you this store.

In 1998 I just walk into Sofa Gallary with my wife while we were wondering around onFrankston road in Dandenong south. I thinkEric just opened the shop few months before on the same year. From the very moment I met Eric we spent almost half a day in there and walked out with everythingwhich I couldn't effort to pay. With Eric'sgenuine advice and the help I paid themwithout interest and they are still in good nick, Since then till today (2022) I've recommended Eric to many Srilanken customers as a friend than a business person because of the honest service and help which he is offering to his customers.Buy knowing him more than 23 years in thebusinesses I have seen your business biggerand even better. Surprise is the very firstday we met my wife was expecting and she was due on April 99, now my son is lookingafter all your vehicles and extended family too.Even if I want keep writing I don't want makethis too long. me and my wife walked into the store to take a casual look and had not yet made up our mind. ( dining chairs ) We met Eric at the store and he went out of his way to explain various options. He is a true gentleman and he will always do the right thing. Not only did Eric help us with transporting an old table to our house ( table not purchased from his shop , purchased from facebook marketplace ) , he took the time and effort to properly get it assembled in our dining. As we were looking for a specific colour of chairs he was kind enough to provide us temporary chairs from his shop till the ones we wanted were available. I can keep writing on and on but will end here with two more points:#1 in this entire delightful process of interacting with Eric and his kind brother , I consider myself lucky to have discovered a genuine friend in the form of Eric#2 Would strongly encourage every potential customer to definitely pay a visit to his store ( even if you have no interest in buying from him ) so that you can experience first hand how good he is and how genuine and honest are his work eithics !Thanks a lot Eric
