I recently had Stain Busters Toowoomba handle a pet urine treatment in my investment property.Initially, I contacted Stain Busters in the hopes of salvaging the old, smelly carpets in my investment property. During our first phone call, Jacob went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood the process involved in treating urine stains. He patiently explained everything in plain English. After he inspected the property, he informed me that the carpets were saturated with pet urine, surpassing my initial expectations. In the end, I had to go down the path to replace the carpets in the whole house. Jacob helped to spray the concrete slab to create a good seal, preventing any urine smells from affecting the new carpets.Throughout the entire service, Jacob maintained excellent communication, always being open, honest, and genuinely caring.
