Not just here at Jamo Park but in the summer there are a variety of places that the outdoor bootcamps are held e.g. Knapsack Stairs, Cranebrook Stairs, Tench Reserve etc. Merinda offers Pilates classes as well.The boot camps are not just cookie cutter exercises - if you are carrying an injury then there are options to help you get the most out of the sessions. The Mums and Bubs classes are a hit as well. One very satisfied customer here!

Merinda & her team are absolutely amazing! I am so much healthier & have achieved wonderful results with DB! The training sessions are so good!!! & I love to workout with the best group of people who all encourage each other! DB is the place to be ❤️

Love the variety of training offered and all levels of fitness. I feel so welcome and comfortable looking my worst to try make me into my best. Merinda and the trainers are always so lovely and make sure to check in to keep me motivated.
