Great service, always willing to search for books they don't range but can order in. Such a wide variety of fiction. Perhaps more variety with travel, food, lifestyle would be better.

the staff are lovely and are always happy to help. the books were lovely organised in their own specific genre and a few books were discounted for a decent price.

Has a good selection of discounted books, variety within the categories. Most surprised that it has quite a large selection of Pop Culture (Manga) novels.Customer service was good, courteous but que to pay moved slowly.

Been a repeat customer for a couple of years now. Always great service from kind and knowledgeable staff. Was served by a charismatic and helpful young man today, who was more than happy to solve some issues caused by my forgetfulness. Very talkative and easily put a smile on my face.
